Refund policy

At Hoʻōla Apparel, we want you to feel great about every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit, and you may need to return it.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for 14 days
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, clean, and in their original condition.
  • Final Sale Items are non-refundable.

We kindly ask that all items be neatly folded and that all tags remain attached. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, laundering, or missing tags will be sent back to the customer without a refund, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

All returns will be carefully inspected upon arrival, and we reserve the right to deny refunds if the items do not meet these standards. Please allow up to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) from the day we receive your return for us to process your refund.

Request a Return

  • Send a Return Request within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return (optional but helpful!)

  • Wait for Our Return Authorization. We will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.

  • Ship Your Return. Once you receive your return authorization, please ship the item(s) back to the address we provide.

    • Items must be returned in unused condition with original tags attached. Returns not meeting these criteria may be refused, and no refunds will be issued.

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 days.

    • Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable.

       

       

  • Refund Processing

    After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.

Request an Exchange

  • If you need a different size, we recommend placing a separate order for the correct size as soon as possible to ensure availability, as our inventory is limited and items may sell out quickly.

  • Send a Return Request within 14 days of receiving your order.
    Please include:

    • Your order number

    • The item you want to exchange

    • Reason for the return (i.e. wrong size)

  • Wait for Our Exchange Authorization
    We will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to send back your original item.

  • Ship Your Item Back
    Once you receive the return instructions, please send the original item back to the address we provide.

    • Items must be returned in unused condition with original tags attached. Returns not meeting these criteria may be refused, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • Exchanges must be mailed out within 5 business days of receiving your exchange approval.
