Refund policy
At Hoʻōla Apparel, we want you to feel great about every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit, and you may need to return it.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted for 14 days
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, clean, and in their original condition.
- Final Sale Items are non-refundable.
We kindly ask that all items be neatly folded and that all tags remain attached. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, laundering, or missing tags will be sent back to the customer without a refund, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
All returns will be carefully inspected upon arrival, and we reserve the right to deny refunds if the items do not meet these standards. Please allow up to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) from the day we receive your return for us to process your refund.

- If you need a different size, we recommend placing a separate order for the correct size as soon as possible to ensure availability, as our inventory is limited and items may sell out quickly.
